Office Admin
Terraform Construction is a landscape construction and maintenance company operating out of Richmond, near Ikea.
We are currently seeking a well rounded individual to assist with admin duties and general client care.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone and email inquiries, forward to appropriate parties
• Reply to general information requests
• Assist with scheduling of jobs
• Prepare invoices and contracts
• Deposit cheques
• Constant contact with clients
• File receipts and invoices
• Assist sales staff with estimates and develop builder lists
• Keep WCB payments up to date
• Assist with posting ads on various websites for new staff hires and new work
• Purchase office supplies
• Use QuickBooks for basic booking keeping, follow up on overdue invoices, make sure clients information is up to date, setup estimates, convert estimates to invoices and send to clients
• Update new employee information using ADP teampay and file payroll, gathering hours from employee time tracking app
• We operate a tool repair division and will require the admin to occasionally accept equipment for drop off and pickup, as well as process payments using Square or Quickbooks
• Some cash handling is required for this position
Qualifications:
• Some post secondary education, diploma or degree will be an asset
• One year related work experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365, outlook, and Quick Books
• Detail oriented and very organized
• Efficient with use of time
This will be a full time position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 430pm.
